Interested in freediving? Come along to our next course where you can learn the basics of the sport and experience what it's like to swim underwater. With the help of our instructors, you can also try out the latest open freediving equipment. If you seek a depth course based on what you see, you will have the opportunity to do so. The aim of this freediving course is to provide more information and introduce the basics of freediving. The event will cover the history of freediving and its status, the main disciplines, current records, and the equipment needed. The theoretical part of the education is held online the week before the practical session. We will agrre on the date after the registration deadline.

Registration requires a completed health and liability waiver and acceptance of the ApneaHub rules. The documents to be completed can be found on the application form at the bottom of this page.

You will need goggle or mask and fins to participate in the course. No compulsory, but recommended equipments:

• nose clip
• weight belt or neck weight
• wetsuit

We can provide a limited amount of equipment for rent by prior arrangement.
