For whom?

The Advanced Freediving Course is for those who want to push their limits with more challenging activities. During the education, you will learn more details about the physical background of freediving, the differences between depth and distance diving and the body's adaptation processes. The course also introduces new diving techniques for DNF and monofin dives.

Course description

The advanced course aims to teach you the advanced equalization method for deeper dives and how to use it correctly for deeper dives. Special exercises will introduce you to the so-called Frenzel technique, which is effective and safe even at greater depths. During the course you will practice mental preparation and advanced safety and rescue tasks. By the end of the course, you will be able to reach depths between 24 and 30 meters safely and comfortably.

The course includes theoretical, pool and open water group sessions. All the necessary course materials (presentation, textbook) will be available for you. During the practical training we will record your dives and evaluate them together. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be issued with an internationally recognised freediving card.

What will you learn?

Theoretical training:

 advanced physical and physiological knowledge

  training and dive planning

 equalisation with Frenzel technique

Pool training:

static and dynamic apnea training tables

Open water training

  advanced diving technique

  freefall

  buoyancy

  advanced buddy system and rescue

What is included in the course?

 3-day course

 3x60 minutes theoretical education

 2x90 minutes pool session
