What do you get/achieve when you study with us?
First of all, a family-like, close-knit team where the atmosphere is always great! 🙂 We also focus on social activities and relaxation, as many people combine their holidays with freediving. The events we organize are based around apnea, but they are not just about the dives.
After a certain dive, we think it is important to share personal experience, as we are all different, so are the problems affecting the dive. We discuss the difficulties on a personal basis, understand exactly what is going on, and then help you solve them based on our own experiences. Our secret is that we are ordinary people and have faced similar problems, so we can better identify your individual needs.
These are great opportunities not only to solve problems, but also to share knowledge. We train in different countries for most of the year, so these events are not just a chance to meet in person. We collect new training methods from all over the world, analyze and incorporate them into our own practices to ensure that we have cutting edge knowledge.
Our aim is to apply and promote the ‘Designed for EQuality’ approach, which is based on three basic rules for our activities:
We focus on quality rather than quantity
ApneaHub events are held with the best trained, and most experienced Hungarian instructors. We offer practical sessions in small groups of up to 4 people per instructor. This ensures maximum attention and safety during the dives. Our aim is to give you a safe sporting experience with confidence and knowledge. Accordingly, we never encourage anyone to dive deeper until they have the right experience.
Maintaining the common set of values in the team
Our aim is to develop an attitude in the divers diving with us that puts the experience and practice of the sport itself at first place. In this way, we can understand and appreciate the success of others, and celebrate all their achievements. In our courses, you will never dive in a way that is not 100% comfortable and not 100% happy from the beginning till the end, whether you are a beginner or an advanced diver.
Individual solutions to personal problems
Individual solutions to personal problems. During the course, workshop or coaching, we will assess your individual characteristics and set you tasks that will help you master the necessary techniques. These will help you progress faster and make your dives stress-free and enjoyable.

What system do we teach?
AIDA
AIDA is the World freediving Association, a non-profit organisation founded in 1992 to promote the development of open water diving. Over the years, AIDA has defined the different categories of freediving in which it recognises and certifies the world records achieved.
AIDA's high quality and high standards of teaching are recognised worldwide. The course content is continuously improved based on the experience of world-class freedivers, diving professionals and scientists.
Molchanovs
The Molchanovs Education System was first developed by Natalia Molchanova, the best freediver who has ever lived, the freediving ‘mother’ of so many top athletes. It’s an online community of freedivers who all took a Molchanovs Freediving Course and are now further developing their skills, techniques and performance via the training programs, training benchmarks and reward badges. The Molchanovs training programs unclude a pool, dry and depth training. They aim at pure and technical freediving, and make the freedivers stronger and better regardless of being -10 meter or -80 meter freedivers.
