The courses at different levels are divided into chapters and provide all the knowledge and practice you will need to dive independently and safely with other freedivers. For more details, please visit the Courses page!
Available freediving courses:
Registration requires a completed health and liability waiver and acceptance of the ApneaHub rules. The documents to be completed can be found on the application form at the bottom of this page.
Swimming goggles or a diving mask and fins are required for the course. Optional but recommended equipment:

- nose clip
- weight belt or neck weight
- wetsuit
We can provide a limited amount of equipment for rent by prior arrangement.

The pool part of the freediving courses is held in the Kantrida pool in Rijeka. Depending on the season, the deep diving sessions take place in Rijeka (May - September) or in the Y-40 deep diving pool in Italy.

After registration, we will coordinate the course schedule. The training begins with theoretical instruction. This is followed by a pool session, and finally we practice deep dives. Each part takes 1.5-2 hours. The theoretical part can be requested online or in person on site.
