For whom?
The Advanced Freediving Course is for those who want to push their limits with more challenging activities. During the education, you will learn more details about the physical background of freediving, the differences between depth and distance diving and the body's adaptation processes. The course also introduces new diving techniques for DNF and monofin dives.
Course description
The advanced course aims to teach you the advanced equalization method for deeper dives and how to use it correctly for deeper dives.
