Four days diving in one of the deepest pools in the world. Anyone from complete beginner to master level can register for the event. In addition to the various courses, you can also request an equalization technique workshop and coaching.<\/p>\n
The beginner<\/strong> course introduces you to the secrets of the underwater world in a fun and relaxed way, with a strong emphasis on preparing you for safe freediving. Anyone who has a medical certificate, is over 16 years old and can swim can apply.<\/p>\n In the course you will learn the basics of freediving, how to practice breathhold dives safely, what happens to your body when you hold your breath. By the end of the course you will be able to reach depths of between 12 and 20 metres safely and comfortably.<\/p>\n We recommend the Advanced<\/strong> course for those who want to push their limits with more challenging activities. During the course you will learn about the physical background of freediving, the differences between depth and distance diving and the body's adaptation processes. Advanced exercises will develop Frenzel equalization techniques, mental preparation, and belay and rescue skills. By the end of the course you will be able to reach depths of 24 to 30 metres safely and comfortably.<\/p>\n Prerequisite for advanced course:<\/p>\n After completing the master<\/strong> course, you can comfortably dive up to 40 meters deep, and you will be able to apply and even demonstrate the appropriate technique in all pool and depth disciplines. With the attention deconcentration technique, you can expand your mental toolbox, which gives you a completely new approach to diving. During deep dives, we introduce the so-called Mouth-fill equalization technique, which can be safely used below a depth of 40m.
