Let's admit, a freediver gliding to the bottom of the sea in a beautiful tropical environment, without any equipment, on a single breath is cool! Seeing such footage, it's probably not an exaggeration to say that everyone plays with the idea of trying it. However, soon afterwards, the excuses start to appear: I'm afraid of water, I can't stay down there that long anyway, I don't do any sports, I'm overweight, or I'm too old, etc...<\/p>\n

Not being professional athletes, we often struggle with these excuses too. Similarly to the majority of average people, we all started this sport in our 30s. Yet today, we no longer find it difficult to swim 2x through a 50m pool with one breath or dive more than 10 stories deep.<\/p>\n

The good news is that all you need to know for this sport can be learned. Experience in recent years has shown that even 1 hour of training is enough to hold your breath for 3 minutes. In the courses at different levels, we teach you the necessary techniques step by step, so you can reach depths of 12m as a beginner, 30m as an advanced and up to 40m at master level!<\/p>\n

Let's admit, a freediver gliding to the bottom of the sea in a beautiful tropical environment, without any equipment, on a single breath is cool! Seeing such footage, it's probably not an exaggeration to say that everyone plays with the idea of trying it. However, soon afterwards, the excuses start to appear: I'm afraid of water, I can't stay down there that long anyway, I don't do any sports, I'm overweight, or I'm too old, etc...<\/p>\n

Not being professional athletes, we often struggle with these excuses too. Similarly to the majority of average people, we all started this sport in our 30s. Yet today, we no longer find it difficult to swim 2x through a 50m pool with one breath or dive more than 10 stories deep.<\/p>\n

The good news is that all you need to know for this sport can be learned. Experience in recent years has shown that even 1 hour of training is enough to hold your breath for 3 minutes. In the courses at different levels, we teach you the necessary techniques step by step, so you can reach depths of 12m as a beginner, 30m as an advanced and up to 40m at master level!<\/p>\n
