Special exercises will introduce you to the so-called Frenzel<\/a> technique, which is effective and safe even at greater depths. During the course you will practice mental preparation and advanced safety and rescue tasks. By the end of the course, you will be able to reach depths between 24 and 30 meters safely and comfortably.<\/p>\n The course includes theoretical, pool and open water group sessions. All the necessary course materials (presentation, textbook) will be available for you. During the practical training we will record your dives and evaluate them together.
