It can have a positive effect on your physical fitness, as well as your mind. In addition, it gives you the opportunity to make long-term connections with new people. The Molchanovs Education System was first developed by Natalia Molchanova, the best freediver who has ever lived, the freediving \u2018mother\u2019 of so many top athletes. It\u2019s an online community of freedivers who all took a Molchanovs Freediving Course and are now further developing their skills, techniques and performance via the training programs, training benchmarks and reward badges. The Molchanovs training programs unclude a pool, dry and depth training. They aim at pure and technical freediving, and make the freedivers stronger and better regardless of being -10 meter or -80 meter freedivers.<\/p>\n

Freediving is an activity that will benefit you throughout your life, as it is a sport, adventure and self-development in one.. It can have a positive effect on your physical fitness, as well as your mind. In addition, it gives you the opportunity to make long-term connections with new people. Freediving seems relatively easy. Many people start the sport by learning from friends and family. However, this is not enough; you need to acquire good knowledge of safety, physiology and diving techniques. The Molchanovs Education System was first developed by Natalia Molchanova, the best freediver who has ever lived, the freediving \u2018mother\u2019 of so many top athletes. It\u2019s an online community of freedivers who all took a Molchanovs Freediving Course and are now further developing their skills, techniques and performance via the training programs, training benchmarks and reward badges. The Molchanovs training programs unclude a pool, dry and depth training. They aim at pure and technical freediving, and make the freedivers stronger and better regardless of being -10 meter or -80 meter freedivers.<\/p>\n
