Our goal

We want to make as many people as possible acquainted with this dynamic sport. This is why we have created this platform, where we want to give as much space as possible to apnea programmes, especially but not exclusively related to Hungary. In our courses, you can be sure to receive the highest level of knowledge and attention from our instructors. We promote, organise and implement our events according to uniform rules to ensure that we always provide the best quality.

We would like to help those who

Would train,

but they are alone.

Want to improve,

but don't know where to start.

Would like to learn about the sport,

or simply want new experiences.

Why do we do all of this?

About diving

Only freedivers can experience the feeling of being surrounded by a seemingly endless blue with nothing but you and eternal silence. For outsiders, it's an unfathomably long time to be underwater for minutes with only one breath. In those few minutes, the world is gone, only the silence and the sea exist around us. We, freedivers, push this to the limits. With persistent practice, willpower, discipline and the right technical skills, we can go further and further into the meditative silence that only this sport can offer.

Imagine yourself lying on the surface of the water, lulled by the waves in complete tranquility. Your thoughts get quieter and quieter, and you focus only on yourself and your breathing. You are about to embark on an 'inner' journey between two breaths. Your body is relaxing more and more, you're about to set off. With a slow, deep breath, you say goodbye to the surface world for the next few minutes.

The diver's reflex kicks in almost immediately, the pulse decreases, and the blood flowing to the limbs slows down. Your body saves oxygen. After the first few meters, the dive becomes easier and easier. At a depth of 20-30m, the buoyancy disappears, and you can ‘free fall’ effortlessly into the depths. The sensation of free fall is incomparable, as it is the most relaxing and unique experience you can have. Concentration turns deeply inwards, and you accept as the pressure squeezes you more and more. It's a battle of the mind against the natural reactions of your body.

Finally you reach the turn, it's time to head for the surface. The motionless fall is replaced by powerful movements. You start going upwards slowly at first, as you approach the surface, the depths pull less and less, and you move more easily. You just keep your eyes on the rope and wait patiently for it to arrive. The safety divers mean that you are not far away from the surface. They will guide you through the final part.

The journey ends with the next breath. Fast and deep, you feel the oxygen flooding your body again, as if you are reborn... It's a liberating feeling.

For inward attention

You find yourself in a situation where you are depriving one of your basic needs: breathing. At the same time, you try to be as calm as possible, so that you can perform at your best.

Your attention is more inward, you just focus on yourself, you switch off, you disconnect from the world for a few minutes. You let your mind become quiet and clear. You learn to take control of your body and your mind, listen to yourself, and control your instincts.

For the thrill of competition

It is a constant challenge, a milestone where you realize again and again that you are capable of incredible things. An exciting situation where stress management is a key factor. You can only reach your maximum performance in the greatest calmness. It is also one of the best community-building events, as it attracts many people with similar interests to one place.

For a lifestyle, community, attitude

There is only one way to understand this, trying it. Then you want more and more until you realize that you are part of the community, you surrender to this way of life, your mindset changes, you keep asking yourself how can I stay underwater longer? You will train, eat, rest, live accordingly....
