This course will take your confidence underwater to a whole new level. You will not only learn the most advanced techniques for deeper dives, but you will also learn more about mental preparation and your body's adaptation processes. The highest recreational level that will push the limits of your open water skills.

Completed medical questionnaire
Valid first aid certification (max. 2 years old)
Signed declaration of liability
Declaration of acceptance of the ApneaHub’s policy
Min. 16 years of age (under 18 with parental consent)
